    *During the month of November we’re enjoying our Thanksgiving Unit. As a culminating activity, we will be doing our very own cross-curricular Thanksgiving Feast next Friday, November 21st. I will be providing the turkey for our feast; each family will be asked to bring in another item. (Donation sheets are coming home today; items will be due by next Wednesday, November 19th.) Please do continue to save empty toilet paper/paper towel rolls (you will need 1 for every person in your immediate family.) These will also be due by next Wednesday. I will need some extra hands that day, so if you’re available, please check the spot on the donation note, and send it back in the Friday Folder on Monday. (Please note, due to our feast, we’ll be taking our usual “Friday” tests . . . Spelling, Language, and Reading on Monday, November 24th.)
    *Student Council will be partnering with Together We Cope for a Food Drive next week here at Foster! If you are able to donate, please send in canned or boxed goods. Any donation made will help families in our community.
